Role
A Clinical AI Builder on the Studio team will design, build, and validate clinical AI modules in a proprietary no-code platform to support clinical decision support, documentation assistance, and order recommendations integrated into the EHR. The role spans translating clinical workflows into module logic, prompt engineering for LLMs, and validating outputs for clinical accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build clinical AI modules (decision support, documentation assist, order recommendations) using the company’s no-code platform.
- Write and refine AI/LLM prompts to generate accurate and clinically appropriate outputs.
- Validate module outputs against clinical evidence and real-world workflows.
- Collaborate with clinicians, engineers, and product teams to ensure modules address the right problems.
- Perform QA and iterate on modules based on user feedback and performance data.
- Contribute to best practices for module design, prompt engineering, and clinical content standards.
Requirements
- Clinical background preferred (RN, paramedic, medical assistant, or similar) or strong health IT experience for non-clinical candidates.
- 2–4 years of experience in clinical informatics, health IT, clinical content development, or related fields.
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
- Experience with vibe coding: comfortable experimenting with code-adjacent tools and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Strong curiosity and a user-centered approach (asks “why” and “for whom” before building).
- Collaborative mindset and excellent written communication for clinical content and documentation.
Nice to Have
- Experience with clinical decision support (CDS) systems.
- Familiarity with clinical guidelines (e.g., AHA, IDSA, NCCN).
- Background in quality improvement or clinical workflow optimization.
- Experience with population health or panel management programs.

- Location: Remote (US); Remote-first, work from anywhere in the US.
- Travel: Occasional (~quarterly for team off-sites or client visits).
- Reports to: Chief Medical Informatics Officer (CMIO).
- Salary: $115,000 - $200,000 (commensurate with experience).
