Role
Sprinter Health is hiring a Manager of Clinical Strategy & Operations to operate at the intersection of clinical excellence, business strategy, and product innovation. The role is a hands-on builder position responsible for translating strategy into executable pilots and operational improvements, partnering across clinical, product, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch new clinical services: lead discovery and execution for new service lines, develop strategic frameworks, run ROI analyses, design workflows, and oversee pilots.
- Drive clinical intelligence: write SQL queries and build BI dashboards to answer business questions, support clinical leaders with performance reporting, operational metrics, and quality tracking.
- Optimize clinical operations: map and validate end-to-end clinical workflows to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
- Bridge the gap between field and data: partner with clinical leaders to marry frontline insights with analytics and drive process improvements.
- Strategize growth: identify opportunities that drive both patient impact and business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in a high-growth startup, management consulting, or Strategy/BizOps role.
- Technical comfort with coding or informatics is preferred (you don’t need to be a data engineer, but some experience with data or coding is valued).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize cross-functional information into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Curiosity and an appetite for continuous upskilling; expected to leverage AI as part of day-to-day work.
- MBA, MD/DO/PA/NP are a plus but not required.
Compensation
- Compensation Range: $150,000 - $180,000 (base range provided in posting).
Location & Schedule
- Hybrid role based in the Bay Area with offices in San Francisco and Menlo Park. Flexible work arrangements are acknowledged.
