Guidehouse is hiring a Campus 2026 Consultant for Platforms & Technology to support client assessments, platform selection, and implementation of enterprise cloud and SaaS/PaaS solutions. You will work across partner ecosystems to apply Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Appian, and related technologies to improve resilience, user experience, and business processes for clients in defense, financial services, healthcare, and government.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and recommend platform solutions that align with business priorities.
- Design and implement solutions across platforms (Microsoft/Azure, Power Platform; Salesforce; ServiceNow; Workday; Appian) with attention to quality and governance.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners and internal teams to deliver cloud migration, intelligent automation, and data-driven solutions.
- Support platform assessments, implementations, platform governance, change management, and documentation.
- Travel to client sites as required (up to 50%) and adhere to on-site work schedules as directed.
Requirements
- Minimum experience: 0 years; enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program through Fall 2025 and graduating by Summer 2026.
- Degree concentration in a technical field (Information Technology, Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Web Development, Business, or similar).
- Exposure to software programming/coding and willingness to learn new technical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and produce technical process flows, diagrams, and model documentation.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust, Secret, or higher federal security clearance (U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility).
- Ability to adhere to on-site work schedules and travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or work experience in technology or consulting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Foundational understanding of diverse database structures and software architecture patterns.
- Familiarity with leveraging AI tools, prompt engineering techniques, and vibe coding.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range: $65,000 - $108,000 (range provided by employer).
