Consultant SAP BTP & Agentic AI (all genders) – BCG Platinion

Role

Consultant position focused on building agent-based applications and integrated solution architectures on SAP BTP, applying AI and agentic approaches to redesign business processes and deliver prototypes through initial implementation phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and structure AI and agent-based use cases across end-to-end business processes
• Redesign business processes leveraging SAP BTP
• Contribute to integrated solution architectures (ERP, CRM, data, AI layers)
• Develop prototypes and proofs-of-concept (e.g., using SAP AI Core or simple agent workflows)
• Evaluate technology options across BTP, hyperscalers and hybrid setups
• Support discovery to pilot phases during initial implementation

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant consulting experience with SAP BTP, cloud, or software development
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or ABAP
• Interest in AI, GenAI, and agent-based approaches
• Fundamental understanding of business processes and integrations
• Ideally some initial experience with SAP BTP services (e.g., CAP, Integration Suite)
• Ideally some experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Comfortable working in interdisciplinary and global teams; willingness to travel
• Confident communication in German and English
