Role
Join BCG Platinion as a Consultant for SAP BTP & Agentic AI to design and deliver agent-based applications, integrated solution architectures, and prototypes that combine SAP technologies with AI. You will support clients from initial strategy through technical implementation and pilots, focusing on architecture, process redesign, and demonstrable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and structure AI and agent-based use cases across end-to-end business processes
- Redesign business processes leveraging SAP BTP
- Contribute to integrated solution architectures across ERP, CRM, data and AI layers
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts (e.g., using SAP AI Core or simple agent workflows)
- Evaluate technology options (SAP BTP, hyperscalers, hybrid architectures)
- Support initial implementation phases from discovery to pilot
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant consulting experience with SAP BTP, cloud, or software development
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or ABAP
- Interest in AI, GenAI, and agent-based approaches
- Fundamental understanding of business processes and integrations
- Comfortable working in interdisciplinary, global teams and willing to travel
- Fluent communication in German and English
Preferred / Ideal
- Initial experience with SAP BTP services (e.g., CAP, Integration Suite)
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
