Join BCG Platinion to design and implement agent-based AI solutions on SAP BTP, driving business process redesign and scalable platform architectures. You'll work from strategy through prototyping and pilot implementation, applying SAP, cloud and AI technologies in client contexts.

Role
Consultant working with SAP BTP and agentic AI to design and deliver intelligent, platform-based solutions. The role spans identification of AI and agent-based use cases, architecture design, prototyping and support of initial implementation phases from discovery to pilot.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and structure AI and agent-based use cases across end-to-end business processes.
- Redesign business processes leveraging SAP BTP.
- Contribute to integrated solution architectures covering ERP, CRM, data and AI layers.
- Develop prototypes and proofs-of-concept (e.g., using SAP AI Core or simple agent workflows).
- Evaluate technology options across SAP BTP, hyperscalers and hybrid setups.
- Support initial implementation phases from discovery to pilot and assist clients through transformation.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant consulting experience with SAP BTP, cloud or software development.
- Basic programming knowledge in Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or ABAP.
- Interest in AI, Generative AI and agent-based approaches.
- Fundamental understanding of business processes and integrations.
- Ideally: initial experience with SAP BTP services (e.g., CAP, Integration Suite) and with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Comfortable working in interdisciplinary, global teams and willing to travel.
- Confident communication in German and English.
