Role
BrightHouse Productions seeks a Corporate Filmmaker to translate business strategy into cinematic films and content. You will lead end-to-end production—concept through delivery—support global teams, and drive the adoption of AI-augmented creative workflows with an emphasis on ethical, responsible use.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end film production: shooting, directing, editing, motion graphics, color grading, compositing, and delivering final assets to spec.
- Studio production duties: kit builds, on-camera interviews, tabletop shoots, controlled lighting, set dressing, and high-quality single- or multi-subject audio capture.
- Edit mixed-source assets including client footage, stock, studio-shot material, BTS, animations, and synthetic visuals when applicable.
- Create multiple outputs: corporate films, cutdowns, sizzle reels, testimonials, pitch films, region- and language-specific versions, and executive-level communications.
- Produce still photography for events, brand storytelling, internal communications, headshots, and product/lifestyle shots.
- Manage content and equipment: file hygiene, software and hardware organization, and versioning for different audiences.
- Build immersive and experiential storytelling assets for expos, workshops, and in-person events.
- Lead audio engineering tasks: recording and mixing VO, designing audio for film and events, and producing/editing multi-episode podcasts.
- Advance AI-enhanced production techniques: AI image/video generation, AI-created animation and text-motion films, slow-motion enhancement, synthetic visuals and audio, and other generative workflows.
- Translate creative tone and emotion into prompts and models (vibe-coding) and develop prompt architectures and agentic hybrid human–AI workflows.
- Coordinate with multi-stakeholder inputs across strategy, creative, leadership, and clients; adapt to varied client-supplied assets and requirements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience across cinematography, directing, editing, motion graphics, color, and compositing for professional film and content production.
- Strong audio engineering skills: recording, mixing, sound design, and podcast production.
- Proven ability to deliver multiple asset versions for different regions, languages, and audiences.
- Experience integrating AI or synthetic elements into production workflows and a willingness to lead ongoing R&D in emerging tools.
- Competence in studio production workflows, controlled lighting, set dressing, and high-quality audio capture.
- File and equipment management discipline, including software and hardware organization and asset versioning.
- Collaborative communication skills and comfort managing multi-stakeholder input across cultures and geographies.
- Ethical fluency with AI: consent, likeness, bias awareness, and responsible workflows.

- Drone cinematography and knowledge of location-specific clearances and restrictions.
