Role
The Curriculum Support Manager is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time role responsible for supporting curriculum delivery across seven live skills bootcamps (Technology, Data, Green Skills, Healthcare). The role focuses on creating, adapting and maintaining session resources, administering the learning management system, and collaborating with instructors, learner progress and operations teams to ensure high-quality programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, draft and create new session resources under the direction of the Head of Curriculum.
- Liaise with instructors and Learner Progress teams to collect and act on session feedback.
- Adapt and refresh existing materials and schedule updates based on feedback.
- Monitor update logs to fix issues and update live programme resources.
- Respond to live requests for assistance from the delivery team.
- Update and administer the Learning Management System (Canvas).
- Maintain up-to-date programme documentation.
- Track project-management deadlines for cohort launches and collaborate with Operations and the Head of Curriculum.
Requirements

Experience
Prior curriculum or education experience is not required. The role is suited to curious, quick learners with strong organisational, writing and project-management skills.
Contract, Location & Hours
- Fixed-term contract: 12 months, full-time (40 hours/week).
- Standard hours 9:00–18:00 with a 1-hour unpaid lunch and flexible start/end times.
- Hybrid: can be based anywhere in the United Kingdom; expected to attend the nearest regional office either once per week or once per month depending on distance. Offices in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and Glasgow.

Salary
- £30,600 to £32,464 per annum.
