Role
Customer Product Partner serving as the dedicated point of contact and Subject Matter Expert for Emergent’s platform. The role focuses on customer enablement, rapid issue resolution, and project management to help customers succeed building apps with Emergent.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling questions, issues, and escalations with urgency and professionalism.
- Proactively manage and resolve high-priority customer issues to ensure rapid and efficient resolutions.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Emergent’s platform and provide best-practice guidance.
- Collaborate with AI Platform Engineering Specialists to provide white-glove service and personalized product enablement.
- Drive customer adoption of key features and consult on best practices for building on Emergent.
- Become a product expert quickly (expected by day 30) and act as the go-to resource for customers and internal teams.
- Project manage engagements by coordinating with internal and external teams to optimize customer use of the platform.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company (customer success, solutions consulting, or account management preferred).
- Passion for helping customers succeed with vibe coding and building applications on Emergent’s platform.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills; ability to adapt to shifting demands.
- Strong project and task management skills; reliable execution and follow-through.
- Ability to explain complex scenarios clearly in written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to solve complex, interdependent problems.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical account managers, product, and engineering teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of resolving customer issues quickly and professionally.
- Flexibility to adjust to evolving responsibilities in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
