Role
Customer Success + Technical Support Executive supporting DineMatters, a restaurant SaaS platform. The role is client-facing and hybrid, focused on onboarding restaurants, ongoing customer support, basic troubleshooting, and coordination with the technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with restaurant owners and guide them through onboarding
- Assist in setup and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Handle customer support via calls and WhatsApp
- Understand product features and help clients use the platform effectively
- Troubleshoot basic issues and coordinate with the tech team
- Assist with minor bug fixes or small feature improvements when required
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (priority)
- Basic understanding of web technologies: JavaScript, React, APIs, Python
- Ability to debug simple issues (not heavy development)
- Problem-solving mindset and patience with clients
- Interest in SaaS and startup environments
Good to have
- Experience with ERP systems (ERPNext)
- Familiarity with deployment, servers, or CI/CD
- Exposure to AI tools, vibe coding, or automation workflows
Compensation & Location
- Pay: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month
- Work location: Hybrid (Vesu, Surat, Gujarat)
