Role
As a Data / BI Engineer you will deliver reliable, scalable, and extensible big data systems to support core products and business operations. You will design and build ETL/ELT pipelines and dashboards, conduct feature engineering for models and agents, and establish data engineering and BI standards across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Build efficient and reliable ETL/ELT pipelines and dashboards to support product insight discovery, growth analysis, feature development, and statistical analysis.
- Deliver scalable data systems that support core products and operations.
- Analyze experiment results and user behavior to generate insights and actions that influence C-level decisions and improve user experience worldwide.
- Conduct feature engineering to support model and agent development, ensuring data and feature quality.
- Establish and maintain company-wide data engineering and BI standards.
Requirements
- Strong experience in schema design, data modeling, ETL, and nuances of A/B testing.
- Proven experience performing data analysis and connecting disparate data sources into coherent insights.
- Ability to communicate data-driven stories and influence stakeholders with quantitative insights.
- Familiarity with AI-native development (agents, MCP, prompt engineering frameworks) and how data fuels intelligent systems.
- Passion for building production-grade solutions around big data.
Bonus
- Experience building and deploying real-time streaming data pipelines that power live product features.
- Experience with MLOps/LLMOps principles and tooling, especially preparing and serving data for production AI/ML models.
