Job Description

Role

Data Scientist II on the Business Intelligence team responsible for performing complex analyses to inform business decisions, designing and building customer models and neural networks, and creating AI-powered tools for internal and external use. The role emphasizes using LLMs and vibe coding tools to accelerate work and requires independent research, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete complex analysis tasks to support business decisions
  • Design and build customer models and neural networks
  • Create and deploy AI-powered tools for internal and external users
  • Employ LLMs and build custom tooling to improve efficiency across the company
  • Coordinate and communicate work with stakeholders across departments

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Degree in a quantitative field (Math, Physics, Statistics, etc.)
  • Strong quantitative reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Python experience
  • Experience with foundational software engineering technologies such as git, Kubernetes, and Docker
  • Experience with vibe coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Copilot
  • Experience with machine learning toolkits: Pytorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Keras, Openai, and Claude agents
  • Experience with SQL
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments
  • Ability to learn new tools rapidly and work independently on large projects
  • Note: Sponsorship for employment authorization is not available for this position

Work Arrangement

  • Employees are expected to work from the office four days per week.
