Job Description

Role

The Digital Ad Product Manager, Channel Innovation will own and grow channel products by leading monetization strategy for newsletters and email, defining and testing new channel offerings (including social media and short-form video), and driving pilots from idea to scale. The role partners with UX and development teams, sales, marketing, editorial, advertising operations, and external vendors to translate concepts into prototypes and sellable products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead monetization strategy for newsletters and email products, including placement packaging, pricing logic, tiering, targeting, and performance benchmarks.
  • Define and test new channel offerings across social media, short-form video, and other emerging formats; run test-and-learn pilots, measure outcomes, and decide when to scale, iterate, or sunset.
  • Translate concepts into clear product specifications and go-to-market packages; create sales materials, pricing, and training to enable sellers.
  • Work with UX and development teams and use AI “vibe coding” tools to prototype and iterate solutions with stakeholder feedback.
  • Monitor product performance using dashboards and data, identify yield opportunities, and propose optimizations to pricing, packaging, or delivery.
  • Build relationships with local sales teams to gather market feedback and support local product adoption; coordinate with external partners as needed.
  • Contribute to release cycles and continuous product process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in digital product management or within media, advertising, or a related B2B environment.
  • Proven experience constructing and pricing products such as newsletters, email sponsorships, and/or social/short-form media offerings.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using dashboards and interpreting performance into actionable optimizations.
  • Excellent go-to-market instincts with the ability to turn complex capabilities into simple, sellable products with clear value and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated project leadership and project management skills, including coordinating stakeholders, creating timelines, and delivering on schedule.
