Role
Okta is hiring a Digital Content & AI Automation Manager to design and build “Vibe Marketing” tooling that enables non-technical marketers to create, manage, and scale digital content using natural language and AI-driven agents. This is a hands-on, test-learn-build role focused on prototyping and productionizing agentic workflows across Okta’s headless content ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Build agentic workflows and tooling that let marketers express intent in natural language and have content created, tagged, and distributed automatically.
- Prototype and deploy AI agents and co-pilots to handle tagging, metadata, and content distribution across a headless CMS and front-end stack.
- Architect modular, reusable content structures that agents can manipulate to reduce time-to-live and bypass legacy CMS constraints.
- Run rapid experiments with emerging AI and automation platforms, producing scrappy prototypes and validating concepts at enterprise scale.
- Partner with Marketing, Engineering, and Digital teams to turn prototypes into production-ready workflows.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of relevant experience, with familiarity of legacy CMS limitations and modern headless content architectures.
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation: APIs, MCP, LLM orchestration, and integrating tools to create closed automation loops.
- Technical fluency sufficient to navigate enterprise complexity and understand structured content, data flows between headless CMS, LLMs, and front-end systems.
- Strong experimentation and prototyping mindset; comfortable operating like a lab to iterate quickly.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate agentic concepts into production solutions.
Compensation & Work Model (summary)
