Principal Director — Salesforce Business-Focused Advisor (Bilingual FR/EN). Lead business analysis, solution design and complex Salesforce implementations for financial services clients. Provide client-facing leadership, mentor and coach project teams, ensure delivery quality and alignment with platform and enterprise constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis and solution design activities for Salesforce implementations in financial services (retail/commercial banking, wealth management, insurance).
- Translate client business objectives into clear requirements, user stories, process models and solution concepts aligned with Salesforce best practices.
- Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder working sessions.
- Lead teams on complex configuration and deployment projects, support issue resolution and trade-offs for service delivery.
- Ensure solutions align with platform constraints, security models, data quality standards and enterprise architecture.
- Manage day-to-day delivery on small to medium Salesforce engagements.
- Coach and mentor advisors and senior advisors to build high-performing collaborative teams.
- Support senior directors with planning, effort estimation, scope management and delivery risk tracking.
- Review deliverables to ensure quality, consistency and compliance with PwC and Salesforce standards.
- Participate in service proposals, RFP responses and client presentations; support solution demonstrations.
- Build strong client relationships and identify follow-on engagement opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience with the Salesforce platform.
- One or more Salesforce certifications (examples: Platform App Builder, Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Advanced Administrator).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, configuration limits and best practices for code usage.
- Solid understanding of Lightning, APEX and Visualforce.
- Experience with complex deployment processes, troubleshooting orchestration (deprecation, workflows, development processes) and explaining data quality tools, workflows, and validation rules.
- Experience managing client relationships, eliciting business requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience in effort estimation and project management activities (scope of work, resource estimation).
- Experience coaching, mentoring and developing team members.
- Bilingual: fluent French and professional working proficiency in English.
Assets / Preferred
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, Financial Services Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Architecture, Salesforce AI).
- Experience supporting business development and preparing RFP responses.
- Interest in emerging capabilities (example mentioned: Vibe Coding).

Compensation
Salary range stated in posting: 112,400 to 162,400 (currency not specified). Eligible employees may participate in variable performance bonus programs and a comprehensive total rewards program.
