Role
Director-level role owning content and creative strategy for UnlimitedIRL’s internal marketing and client projects. The position is fully in-office in Culver City and requires hands-on execution across ideation, shooting, editing, design, copy, and client-facing presentation.
Key Responsibilities

Social Content (primary)
- Create and film short-form content native to Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, and LinkedIn.
- Edit content regularly (iPhone and pro camera) and turn drops, behind-the-scenes, and client moments into high-performing posts.
- Build weekly content calendars, write captions, and monitor trends and platform shifts.

Creative Strategy & Client Ideation (core)
- Lead creative ideation for marketing and client projects, including social concepts, stream segments, promos, and announcements.
- Participate in client calls as a creative partner: brainstorms, pitches, revisions, and run-of-show ideas.
- Translate rough ideas into hooks, shot lists, formats, and lightweight creative briefs.
- Define campaign look-and-feel and build repeatable content frameworks.

Email Campaigns (major secondary)
- Own end-to-end email marketing: planning, copy, design, segmentation, performance tracking.
- Create reusable templates and a lightweight brand system for emails.

Design & “Vibe Coding” (support)
- Build clean layouts and assets in Figma: landing pages, promo graphics, product one-pagers, and event assets.
- Use Cursor to build proofs of concept or fix bugs in internal tools and for clients.
- Execute marketing assets end-to-end, with the ability to hire subcontractors when needed.
Qualifications / Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in content, social media, or creative marketing roles.
- Proven record running brand social accounts and producing high-performing short-form content.
- Experience supporting client campaigns (ideation, pitching, deliverables, revisions).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film/Media, Design, or related field preferred but not required with an exceptional portfolio.
- Portfolio required with examples of short-form edits, social posts/campaigns, email campaigns, and design work (Figma or equivalent).
- Strong short-form editing skills, shooting ability (iPhone and camera), solid copywriting for social and email, and organized, reliable execution.
- Email campaign experience (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar) and familiarity with Figma and Premiere.
Compensation & Location
- Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
- Work location: In person (Culver City).
