Drive direct-to-consumer revenue for Wellah Nutrition by owning on-site conversion optimization, product detail pages, AOV strategies, and automated post-purchase retention flows. Rapidly build and iterate landing pages and lifecycle email/SMS flows using AI coding tools, Shogun, Klaviyo, Recharge, and data-driven A/B testing to grow subscribers and lifetime value.
Job Description
Role
We are hiring an Ecommerce Growth Specialist to increase online DTC revenue by optimizing discovery, conversion, and retention. You will report to the Head of Operations & Ecommerce and take ownership of on-site conversions, product detail pages, AOV strategies, and automated post-purchase retention flows.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and launch high-converting landing pages and product detail pages (PDPs) rapidly using AI coding tools and Shogun.
- Run continuous A/B tests and iterate on pages to improve conversion rates.
- Expand Average Order Value (AOV) and subscriber retention via product bundling, upsells, free-shipping thresholds, and Recharge save flows.
- Own automated Klaviyo email and SMS lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, win-back) and align on-site offers with paid ad campaigns.
- Track weekly metrics and use data to drive LTV and retention improvements.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in e-commerce, growth, or retention marketing at a DTC brand or agency.
- Hands-on Shopify proficiency.
- Ability to ship landing pages independently using AI coding tools (vibe coding) and basic HTML/CSS.
- Experience building email/SMS flows in Klaviyo.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience setting up A/B tests, interpreting conversion data, and driving measurable LTV growth.
