Senior AI-Accelererated Full-Stack Engineer to architect, build, and deploy AI-powered education and government platforms using AI-assisted IDEs and rapid prototyping. Lead full-stack development, production MLOps/CI-CD, and compliance-focused technical decisions to deliver secure, scalable systems for educators and public agencies.

Role

Senior AI-Accelerated Full-Stack Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered platforms for education and government. Lead end-to-end engineering from prototype to production using AI-assisted coding tools and cloud-native infrastructure, with a focus on scalability, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, and deploy AI/ML systems using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
  • Build full-stack applications in AI-first IDEs (Replit, Cursor) using React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI/Flask.
  • Lead engineering for robust APIs, ML pipelines, and automation workflows.
  • Make technical decisions around stack, scalability, integration, and security (FERPA, COPPA, CMMC).
  • Manage CI/CD, MLOps, and production deployments on cloud platforms (AWS, Kubernetes, or serverless).
  • Collaborate with product, UX, and education experts to align solutions with classroom and agency needs.
  • Mentor and grow engineering team members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years building and shipping AI or full-stack products at scale.
  • Proficiency in Python and TypeScript and experience with FastAPI/Flask and React.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
  • Cloud-native development experience (AWS, Kubernetes, serverless) and production deployment practices.
  • Knowledge of education and government data ecosystems (LMS, SIS, Ed-Fi, LTI) and relevant compliance considerations.
  • Ability to translate product vision into fast, maintainable, and compliant technical execution.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in EdTech, GovTech, or AI SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, LLM integration, or adaptive learning systems.
  • Familiarity with NIST, SOC 2, FERPA compliance frameworks or security-minded cloud architecture certifications.
