  • Maintain operational cadence: monthly ops reporting, quarterly forecast refreshes, and urgent execution adjustments.
  • Define KPIs, improve signal quality, and deliver executive-ready reporting and analytics.
  • Build and iterate dashboards with Power BI/Tableau in partnership with Data Analysts, including rapid prototyping (“vibe coding”) where appropriate.

  • 7+ years of experience in engineering operations, business operations, finance, or analytics within complex HW/SW environments (minimum qualifications include alternate degree/experience combinations listed below).
  • Demonstrated ownership of run-the-business operations, financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and operational cadence.
  • Strong financial operations acumen and experience partnering with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to ensure quality and audit readiness, including validation of operational data.
  • Hands-on analytical and reporting skills using Excel and BI tools to produce executive-ready insights.
  • Ability to operate in a matrixed organization and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience improving operational efficiency through automation, templates, workflows, or lightweight scripting.
  • Exposure to GenAI or predictive analytics for trend detection, forecasting support, or operational summarization.

Minimum Qualifications
