Role
The Enterprise Business Development Representative (Inbound/Outbound SDR) will generate high-quality meetings and top-of-funnel pipeline with large enterprise organizations. You will manage and prioritize leads, perform outbound prospecting, follow up on inbound requests, and partner closely with Account Executives and marketing to advance opportunities related to application security posture management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage enterprise accounts through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Follow up on inbound leads promptly, meeting SLAs and tracking outreach using approved tools.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to build and maintain a strong top-of-funnel pipeline.
- Use Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Revic, and similar tools to manage activities and measure performance.
- Partner with marketing on targeted campaigns aimed at CISOs, AppSec, and DevSecOps leaders.
- Confidently communicate the company value proposition and ROI to senior stakeholders.
- Meet monthly and quarterly activity, meeting, and pipeline goals.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of outbound SDR experience in B2B technology; cybersecurity or SaaS experience preferred.
- Proven success prospecting into enterprise accounts and securing meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent time management.
- Motivated, curious, and resilient personality with creative problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle or security tooling is a plus.
- Ability to follow up quickly on hot inbound leads (e.g., demo requests) and execute email sequencing, calling, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Meet all SLAs associated with lead follow up.
