Role
Lovable is hiring an Enterprise Hackathon Director to design and run enterprise-focused hackathons and AI activation programs that accelerate pipeline, increase product usage, and deepen enterprise partnerships. This role owns the end-to-end program from pre-sales events through onboarding and enablement for large customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute world-class enterprise hackathons: agenda design, challenge framing, on-site execution, and post-event storytelling.
- Build repeatable playbooks and scalable frameworks for different hackathon types (pre-sales, onboarding, internal innovation, partner events).
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Field teams on event strategy, branding, and community activations.
- Tie each hackathon to measurable business outcomes such as pipeline acceleration, product usage uplift, deal expansion, or pilot conversion.
- Train internal teams (CSMs, AEs, Engineers) to run lightweight activations using established playbooks.
- Capture event outcomes and convert wins into content: stories, case studies, and learnings that support Lovable’s narrative around AI adoption.
Requirements
- Experience running or producing hackathons, innovation labs, or technical workshops at an enterprise, accelerator, or tech company.
- Background in Customer Success, GTM programs, Developer Relations, or Field Marketing.
- Ability to communicate both business outcomes and technical storytelling; comfortable connecting design systems and AI workflows to enterprise value.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and align Product, Marketing, and Sales to deliver high-visibility programs.
- Strong operational skills, program management, and experience creating scalable playbooks.

- Hackathons become a primary driver of enterprise adoption and expansion.
- Each event produces clear, measurable outcomes (pipeline, usage, expansion).
- Internal adoption of playbooks such that events are repeatable and scalable.
