SSOE Group is hiring an ERP Support Analyst to maintain and support Deltek Vantagepoint ERP operations, provide first-level user support, handle data validation and reporting, and assist with testing, training, and integrations. This permanent full-time remote role supports US shifts and focuses on ensuring data integrity, dashboards, and smooth ERP day-to-day operations.

Role
The ERP Support Analyst will support daily ERP operations with a focus on Deltek Vantagepoint administration, user support, data quality, reporting, and assisting with configuration, testing, data migration, and integrations. The role is a permanent full-time remote position aligned to US shifts (specified hours below).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support: user account management, password resets, basic configuration, troubleshooting, and escalation of complex issues.
- Perform data entry, data validation, data integrity checks, and quality assurance across ERP modules (Accounting, CRM, Project Management, Resource Management).
- Generate standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support operations, financial reporting, project tracking, and resource planning.
- Support system testing, execute test cases, document results, and verify functionality during upgrades and patches.
- Assist with end-user training, create documentation, user guides, and quick-reference materials.
- Support data migration activities: prepare data files, perform cleanup, validate imported data, and assist with conversions from legacy sources.
- Monitor system performance, user activity logs, and data quality indicators; report anomalies to management.
- Support custom report development and dashboard creation using ERP reporting tools and program AI capabilities.
- Assist with system integration tasks by coordinating data exchanges with other business applications.
- Maintain and update process and system documentation, and work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into system improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in enterprise software administration and implementation.
- Demonstrated full lifecycle ERP experience: configuration, optimization, upgrades, change control, and support analysis.
- Experience in ERP systems support or business analysis; proficient in Excel.
- Must have Deltek Vantagepoint experience; dashboard and reporting experience in Vantagepoint preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills; helpdesk experience preferred.
Work Schedule & Location
- Permanent, full-time remote role supporting US shifts. Specified shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST.
