Executive

Role

This is a dual-impact executive position that blends day-to-day IT operations with an accelerated pathway into Agentic AI and Vibe Coding. The hire will perform manual operational tasks while using GenAI to automate workflows and gradually contribute to product development by building prototypes and internal tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily IT operational tasks: data entry, documentation, ticket management, and basic system administration.
• Maintain high precision and reliability in manual workflows and identify bottlenecks for automation.
• Integrate GenAI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity) to accelerate output and automate repetitive tasks.
• Draft effective prompts and apply prompt engineering to solve complex operational problems.
• Transition into building with AI-native IDEs (Cursor, Replit) to prototype and develop internal tools in collaboration with the technical team.
• Translate operational requirements into functional code and iterate with AI assistance.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent interest/experience in technology; background may be non-technical or semi-technical.
• Foundational understanding of at least one programming language, preferably Python; comfortable using a terminal.
• Familiarity with GenAI concepts and LLMs, and experience or interest in prompt engineering.
• Knowledge or exposure to tools like Vercel, Replit, or Cursor is a strong plus.
• Very strong English communication skills for documentation and prompt writing (must have).
• Adaptable, efficiency-focused mindset; willingness to perform manual work while driving automation and technical growth.

Compensation & Location

• Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month.
• Work Location: In person.
