Role
Experience Design Senior Associate responsible for shaping user experiences across digital products with a focus on agentic and conversational domains. Work cross-functionally to design inclusive, accessible, and scalable interaction patterns that align user needs with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interaction solutions for agentic and conversational experiences across multiple products and platforms.
- Create user-centric storyboards, experience maps, and multi-modal conversational prototypes to illustrate customer journeys.
- Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and transform raw information into actionable insights.
- Prototype and validate agentic experiences in partnership with engineering and AI platform teams.
- Design for trust, control, and progressive autonomy in agentic systems and translate complex platforms into repeatable experience patterns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product partners to integrate customer-centric decision-making and develop experience-led metrics.
Requirements
- 3+ years in user experience design, conversation design, content strategy, or equivalent role focused on dialogue-mediated experiences.
- Proven ability to create visually appealing and functional designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma).
- Experience designing and optimizing user experiences across multiple platforms, including mobile, agentic, and conversational interfaces.
- Experience interpreting complex data and turning it into actionable design insights.
- Proficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experimented with vibe-coding platforms such as Lovable or Claude Code.
- Experience working with and testing user-facing AI/ML applications or workflows.
