Senior Associate (L3) Full-Stack Developer (AI-Native) based in Mohali. Responsible for designing and implementing AI-native web applications using FastAPI/Python on the backend and React on the frontend, integrating LLM APIs and autonomous AI workflows with healthcare-compliant systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI) and optionally Node.js/TypeScript.
- Build responsive frontend applications with React.js.
- Integrate and test LLM APIs, perform prompt optimization, validate AI-generated code, and implement agentic/autonomous AI workflows.
- Implement and maintain data storage using PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Design and develop HIPAA-compliant healthcare applications; implement interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7) and work with EHR concepts (Epic/Cerner). Support domain standards like ICD-10, SNOMED, and LOINC.
- Containerize applications with Docker and support CI/CD pipelines; deploy to cloud providers (AWS or GCP).
- Use Jira for user stories, sprint planning, estimation, and bug tracking; actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features, collaborate with clients, and deliver independently.
Requirements
Technical
- Strong backend expertise in Python and FastAPI; experience with Node.js and TypeScript is desirable.
- Strong frontend experience with React.js.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Experience developing HIPAA-compliant applications and working knowledge of FHIR, HL7, EHR concepts (Epic/Cerner), ICD-10, SNOMED, LOINC.
- Experience with Docker, basic CI/CD practices, and deployment to AWS or GCP.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs, prompt optimization, testing/validating AI-generated code, and implementing autonomous AI agents/intelligent workflows.
- Experience with Jira and working in Agile/Scrum processes.
