About the Role
As a Forward Deployed Architect II, you will work with clients to identify and deliver measurable finance outcomes using HighRadius' Agentic AI platform, driving adoption, process optimization, and strategic governance across Order-to-Cash and related finance functions. The role combines deep client engagement, workflow audits, change management, and cross-functional leadership to ensure the AI platform becomes the backbone of clients' finance operations.

Role
Forward Deployed Architect II (Autonomous Finance). Drive value delivery and process optimization for finance organizations by deploying and operationalizing HighRadius’ Agentic AI platform and AI agents across Order-to-Cash, Close & Reconciliation, Consolidation & Reporting, Accounts Payable, B2B Payments, and Treasury.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive observations and audits of client finance workflows to identify bottlenecks and friction points.
- Design and execute adoption playbooks to increase user engagement and ensure platform adoption.
- Identify technology and process improvements that drive measurable outcomes (e.g., DSO reduction, higher auto-match rates).
- Own operational governance: lead monthly operational/steering committee meetings and prepare executives with data-driven narratives.
- Apply change management and the 80/20 rule to prioritize high-impact requests and prevent scope creep.
- Orchestrate cross-functional resources (Product, Engineering, Consulting) to resolve escalations and lead task forces/war rooms.
- Lead post-mortems and define remediation to prevent recurrence.
Requirements
- Target majors: Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Management Information Systems (MIS).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in data science or client management (as stated).
- Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, client-facing presentation skills, and comfort leading meetings with Finance Directors and SMEs.
- Experience with data analysis and designing/reconfiguring AI agents or solution components to deliver customer value.
- Bias for action, strong ownership, and ability to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Location & Travel
- Location: Hyderabad, India. Travel up to 50% to client sites.
