Job Description
Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer you will organize and lead the deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse technology platforms. You will facilitate solution design to integrate AI models and multi-provider platforms into the enterprise technology ecosystem and act as a subject-matter expert guiding team decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead deployment activities to ensure timely integration of AI workflows.
- Facilitate solution design and integration of AI models across enterprise technology stacks and multi-provider platforms.
- Collaborate with and engage multiple cross-functional teams on key technical decisions.
- Act as an SME, make team-level decisions, and provide technical guidance.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to build team capability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize deployment and integration processes.
Professional / Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AI agents workflow integration and integrating AI models with enterprise stacks.
- Strong knowledge of AI system architectures and deployment methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration challenges in AI workflows.
- Experience with Agile requirement management and familiarity with Agile project management practices.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborative tools.
Requirements
- Minimum experience: stated as a minimum of 5 years overall and specifically 7.5 years in AI Agents Workflow Integration (both figures are provided in the posting).
- Education: 15 years full-time education required.
- Location: Role is based at the Bengaluru office.
