Role
Forward Deployed Engineer (AI & Creative Transformation) embedded with client teams to map end-to-end creative workflows, redesign processes, and build AI-powered pipelines and automation that operate in real production environments. The role focuses on hands-on implementation, rapid iteration, and close collaboration with creative and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Map and redesign creative workflows including briefing, concepting, production, review, localization, activation, and measurement.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and design future-state workflows balancing AI automation and human oversight.
- Configure and implement creative AI platforms and tools against production requirements.
- Integrate AI workflows with DAMs, CMS platforms, content APIs, marketing technology stacks, and project management systems.
- Build prompt architectures, agent workflows, automation layers, and quality control mechanisms for production scale.
- Develop proofs of concept and production-ready solutions that demonstrate measurable business value and rapidly iterate within active engagements.
- Establish governance frameworks covering brand safety, content rights, model selection, approvals, compliance, and auditability.
- Train and enable client teams for adoption; define and track success metrics (throughput, cycle time, cost-per-asset, quality consistency).
- Contribute to project scoping, develop reusable accelerators and templates, and evolve delivery methodologies.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in creative technology, content operations, production engineering, marketing technology, automation, or applied AI.
- Proven track record shipping production-ready solutions and working across creative and technical stakeholder groups.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying creative, content, or marketing workflow solutions and configuring creative AI tools in real environments.
- Working knowledge of DAM systems, CMS platforms, content APIs, project management tools, and orchestration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and workflow automation.
- Diagnostic and systems-thinking problem-solving approach, strong execution bias, and ability to work independently within operational environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise content supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with creative AI platforms, agentic workflows, and automation frameworks.
- Exposure to Adobe ecosystem products (Firefly Services, GenStudio, AEM, Workfront) and enterprise creative operations.
- Experience embedding with client teams in consulting, agency, or enterprise transformation settings.
