Role
Embedded with customer engineering teams, the Forward Deployed Engineer will rapidly develop, validate, and iterate AI applications into production-grade Agent systems. The role combines hands-on implementation, cloud architecture design, observability and evaluation pipelines, and close collaboration with customers to achieve stable, secure, and high-adoption deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Quickly prototype AI applications for customer business scenarios and iterate them into production-grade systems.
- Design AI- and cloud-based architectures and implement solutions using cloud service APIs/SDKs and automated deployment practices.
- Integrate AI Agents with customer application APIs and data systems while meeting security and compliance requirements.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to monitor accuracy, safety, latency, and overall system health.
- Identify reusable patterns and technical challenges, translate them into product feature requests, and help drive product evolution.
- Work closely with customer engineering teams to ensure successful deployment, long-term stability, and high adoption.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- More than 3 years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Vibe Coding with substantial practical application in real projects.
- Hands-on experience building AI applications, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent development.
- Experience designing and developing cloud-based architectures, using cloud service APIs/SDKs, automated deployment, and designing for availability and scalability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing complex Agent systems and familiarity with open-source or commercial agent development frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI) or agent SDKs from cloud providers.
- Experience delivering AI solutions across one or more industries (education, healthcare, automotive, financial services, telecommunications, etc.).
