Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer you will own end-to-end delivery for customers: understand their business needs, design solutions, build them using AI coding tools, deploy to production, and keep them running. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that ships complete products rather than performing only configuration tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Run discovery sessions with customers to understand business needs and scope.
- Design and build solutions using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code (or similar harnesses).
- Turn customer problems into working web applications and deploy them on the company stack.
- Roll out, onboard, and train customer teams on the delivered product.
- Maintain and operate customer deployments: fix bugs, add features, and ensure reliability.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to plan future work and answer product/data handling queries.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience building or delivering software for customers (software engineer, solutions/implementation engineer, or similar).
- Experience building and deploying at least one full web application (professional or personal project).
- Comfortable with modern application frameworks.
- Proficient with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) and able to use them effectively.
- Able to work with a database and deploy to the cloud.
- Strong customer-facing skills: run calls, ask the right questions, and explain technical topics simply.
- Based in Bengaluru and able to work onsite; able to work hours overlapping US customers.

- Role is based in Bengaluru and requires onsite presence. Candidates must be able to overlap working hours with US customers.
