Role
Forward Deployed Engineer (multiple levels: Junior, Technical Lead, Technical Architect) supporting enterprise AI solution design, prototyping, and production delivery across PAN India. The role emphasizes hands-on development, customer-facing solutioning, and leading architecture and engineering efforts for LLM-based and agentic AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Build prototypes, solution accelerators, PoCs, and production-grade AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent/agentic AI frameworks.
- Develop APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications; implement REST integrations and third-party system integrations.
- Implement prompt engineering, LLM application development, and orchestration of AI agents and agent workflows.
- Lead system design and scalable architecture (for senior/architect levels); deliver enterprise AI architectures and transformation programs.
- Work with containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and production deployment pipelines.
- Design and implement data engineering components, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval systems for AI workloads.
- Engage with customers and executive stakeholders for technical consulting, solution architecture, and delivery planning.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Python and API development.
- Minimum ~4 years experience for junior-level; 2+ years specifically with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Vertex AI, Gemini APIs or similar AI platforms.
- Experience in prompt engineering, LLMs, RAG, agentic AI workflows, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, containerization, CI/CD, and production deployment practices.
- Experience building prototypes, solution accelerators, enterprise integrations, and production deployments.
- Senior/Technical Lead: proven software engineering experience, system design expertise, customer-facing solution architecture, and leadership of engineering teams.
- Technical Architect: 15+ years experience designing large-scale secure and mission-critical platforms, enterprise AI and GenAI architectures, AI governance, security/compliance, and executive stakeholder management.
