- Design and implement data pipelines and integrations using Salesforce Data 360 and customer data platforms; work with Snowflake, Databricks, and other cloud data platforms.
- Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.
- Prototype proofs-of-concept and MVPs that progress rapidly to deployable production solutions.
- Collaborate closely with customers, partners, Deployment Strategists, and product teams; surface field insights and platform gaps.

- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Proficiency in at least one of: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering; able to analyze and iterate on prompt failures.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Ability to communicate with sales teams and customer architects and to ship quality code with engineering rigor.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% for customer engagements.
Nice-to-Haves
- Salesforce platform experience or certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I, Agentforce Specialist).
- Familiarity with agent frameworks and orchestration patterns (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
- Experience across specialist AI delivery areas: data engineering, platform architecture, or headless deployments.
Tools & Environment
- Day-to-day use of AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Salesforce coding products like Vibes.
- Work on Salesforce’s Agentforce and agentic AI platform and collaborate with product teams building platform capabilities.
