Role
Lead complex end-to-end deployments of GenAI solutions at strategic customers, partnering closely with client business and engineering teams. Provide hands-on engineering leadership from discovery and architecture through production deployment, and act as a trusted technical advisor to senior and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with client teams to translate complex problems into executable GenAI solutions.
- Own solution delivery end-to-end, from discovery and architecture through production deployment.
- Design and build LLM-powered applications, including copilots, assistants, RAG systems, and agentic workflows.
- Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and external systems.
- Optimize solutions for latency, cost, accuracy, scalability, security, and compliance.
- Convert proofs-of-concept into production-grade, enterprise-ready platforms through rapid iteration.
- Architect scalable, reliable, and observable systems using cloud-native patterns.
- Develop reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and best practices for enterprise GenAI adoption.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience delivering production-grade AI/GenAI solutions, including LLM-based applications and RAG-style systems.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise data platforms and external APIs/systems.
- Strong skills in architecting cloud-native, scalable, reliable, and observable systems.
- Ability to optimize across latency, cost, accuracy, security, and compliance trade-offs.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and the ability to act as a trusted advisor with senior client stakeholders.
- Experience turning PoCs into enterprise production deployments and developing reusable accelerators or reference implementations.
