Role

Founders Associate - AI, Product Cybersecurity & Client Projects. Work directly with the founding team in a hands-on role to support customer delivery, develop product cybersecurity and compliance materials, and experiment with AI/automation (agents) to scale internal and project processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support real client projects: prepare workshops, analyze requirements, produce presentations and documentation, build checklists, structure risk analyses and align results with clients.
• Develop Product Cybersecurity & Compliance outputs: research EU Cyber Resilience Act, Product Security Management, software supply chain security, and transform findings into practical implementation ideas, templates and playbooks.
• AI & Automation: experiment with AI tools, automations and agents to speed and scale project, sales and internal processes (e.g., research agents, checklist workflows, project-management automations, AI-assisted documentation).
• Work closely with founders and take ownership across delivery, product security and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Self-driven, structured thinker who takes responsibility and delivers results.
• Interest in cybersecurity, digital products, regulation and AI.
• Initial experience with AI tools and willingness to experiment with agents and automation.
• Comfortable working at the interface of client projects, technology and startup operations.
• Language: German at least B1 and English at least B2.
• Suitable for students (internship/work student), recent graduates, career starters or candidates seeking flexible part-time support.
• Coding is not required but is a plus; knowledge of AI agents, vibe coding or common programming languages is advantageous.

Nice-to-have / Backgrounds

• Experience or studies in business, industrial engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, consulting, product management or operations.
• Prior practical experience is welcome but not mandatory.
