Job Description
Role
Founder’s Associate working directly with the CEO and founding team to architect and implement AI-driven operational systems. This is a systems-builder role focused on replacing manual workflows with autonomous, interconnected tools and agents rather than task management or note taking.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect AI-driven operational systems: audit workflows, design and implement AI agents, build interconnected systems, and ensure dashboards reflect live system activity.
- Talent engine automation: implement end-to-end automated recruitment workflows including sourcing, enrichment, outreach, screening, routing, and automatic stage updates feeding live dashboards.
- CEO execution partner: translate strategy into system design, identify bottlenecks, prototype quickly with AI tools, ship solutions with ownership and speed.
- Continuously optimize systems for speed, autonomy, scalability, and minimal human dependency.
Requirements
- 1–5 years in startups or high-performance environments.
- Proven experience building automations or AI-driven workflows (non-negotiable).
- Comfortable with vibe coding and prototyping using LLMs and AI tools.
- Experience with APIs, automation tools, AI agents, and structured dashboards.
- Strong systems thinking; treat processes as code.
- High agency and ability to ship imperfect systems and iterate.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Based in Berlin and available for hybrid / in-office work.
- English proficiency.
