Role
Founder’s Associate (Strategy & Operations) supporting the founders in recruitment, project coordination, operational systems, fundraising and team logistics. The role is generalist in nature and expects flexibility to jump between tasks such as funding applications and prototyping internal automations.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent recruitment: write job descriptions, source candidates, screen, coordinate interviews and onboard new hires; build hiring structures and documentation.
- Project coordination: manage cross-functional teams across tech, film and LBE projects and ensure resources and knowledge are available to meet goals.
- Operational processes: maintain CRM, project management and financial systems; improve cross-functional workflows using no-code and AI-assisted tools (vibe-coding encouraged).
- Fundraising support: contribute to investor materials, grant applications, project budgets, impact narratives and reporting for EU-funded projects.
- Team logistics: organise team events, coordinate travel and keep founders prepared and unblocked.
- Generalist support: take on varied tasks as needed in a dynamic startup environment.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme, or a recent graduate with strong interest in operations, strategy, HR or fundraising.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking; able to prioritise under pressure and manage multiple complex threads.
- Experience with, or strong motivation to learn, automations, internal tools or systems using no-code or AI-assisted tools (e.g., Lovable).
- Flexible, quick learner, adaptable to a dynamic startup environment and aligned with company values.
