About the Role
Hands-on Founding AI + Full Stack Engineer to build end-to-end AI-enabled applications and production workflows, owning frontend, backend, AI integrations, and deployments. Hybrid role based in Bangalore (few days a week in person) with responsibility for rapid prototyping, scalable architectures, and shipping customer-focused features.

Role
We are hiring a Founding AI + Full Stack Engineer to build end-to-end applications from idea to production. You will own frontend, backend, AI workflows, infrastructure, and deployments, working closely with product and technology leaders to ship customer-focused, scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end applications: frontend, backend, AI workflows, and deployment
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows using modern LLMs and agentic patterns
- Use AI coding tools to accelerate development (Cursor, Lovable, Copilot, workflow builders)
- Own frontend development with strong attention to UX and customer clarity
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs
- Manage cloud infrastructure, deployments, CI/CD, and environments
- Handle version control, branching, code reviews, and release workflows
- Rapidly prototype, test, iterate, and ship production-ready features
- Take full ownership of features with minimal supervision
Requirements
- 1 to 6 years of coding experience
- Strong full stack development experience
- Frontend: React, Next.js, or modern JavaScript frameworks
- Backend: Node.js, Python, or similar
- Practical experience building AI-first applications: LLM integration, prompt design, agent/agentic workflows
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants and workflow automation tools (Cursor, Lovable, Copilot, etc.)
- Solid understanding of Git/version control, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure or equivalent), CI/CD, deployments, and environment management
- Ability to design scalable, maintainable architectures
- Mindset: self-starter, strong product thinking, customer empathy, bias toward action, comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
Nice to Have
- Experience with agentic frameworks, orchestration tools, or workflow engines
- Exposure to consumer-facing products
- Prior startup experience or building products from 0→1
- Understanding of scalability, performance optimization, and observability

Compensation
- Pay: ₹50,000 - ₹100,000 per month
