Role
As the Founding Growth Marketer / GTM Engineer you will design and execute growth systems that turn early momentum into repeatable scale. You will own end-to-end acquisition, activation, and retention workstreams, partner with product/design/engineering, and build internal tooling and automation to move faster.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously optimize landing pages, conversion flows, and outbound campaigns from strategy through execution
- Lead SEO end-to-end: keyword research, programmatic pages, content strategy, and on-page optimization
- Build dashboards, systems, and processes to capture learnings and compound growth over time
- Design and run lifecycle campaigns (email, onboarding, reactivation) to drive activation and retention
- Partner closely with product, design, and engineering to align growth efforts with product direction
- Vibe-code internal tools and automation to eliminate manual work and accelerate experiments
Requirements
- 2–5 years in a growth or GTM role at an early-stage or B2B SaaS startup
- Proven track record owning SEO, landing page optimization, email marketing, and content strategy
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with funnels, cohorts, and conversion metrics
- Scrappy, high-ownership operator who can run experiments without waiting on engineering
- Bias to action, comfortable with ambiguity, and interest in national security / defense tech
