Job Description

Role

We are hiring a Founding GTM (Account Executive) based in San Francisco to lead outbound and inbound revenue efforts for Lovable’s AI-powered software creation platform. You will own end-to-end sales cycles, build strategic account plans, lead demos and discovery, and help scale a repeatable, data-driven GTM motion for mid-market and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and run end-to-end sales cycles from first touch to signed contract
  • Prospect, qualify, and nurture opportunities across startups and enterprise accounts
  • Craft strategic account plans to identify whitespace, map stakeholders, and enable expansion
  • Lead demos and discovery sessions tailored to technical and business buyers
  • Build ROI-driven business cases connecting product capabilities to customer outcomes
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting discipline
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure onboarding and retention
  • Use customer insights to influence product roadmap and GTM strategy
  • Champion a repeatable, data-driven GTM motion as the company scales

Requirements

  • Proven success closing mid-market or enterprise SaaS deals
  • Track record of full-cycle selling: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical/product concepts into clear business value
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder deals across product, engineering, and leadership
  • Builder mindset: comfortable shaping GTM motion and systems in a fast-scaling organization
  • Curiosity and hunger to deeply learn and represent the product
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments where speed and precision matter
  • Bonus: experience selling AI or developer tools, or working in product-led growth motions
