DataAnnotation is hiring a Frontend Developer - AI Trainer to create, solve, and evaluate coding problems used to train and refine AI models. You will produce clear code examples, assess AI-generated code for accuracy and clarity, and provide feedback that helps improve model performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and solve diverse programming problems used to train AI systems.
- Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations.
- Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, performance, and clarity.
- Provide actionable feedback to influence future model behavior.
- Synthesize insights via data analysis and visualization when relevant.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
- Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
- Strong writing and grammar skills; ability to produce clear explanations.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
- Previous experience as a Software Developer/Coder/Engineer is preferred.
Compensation & Pay
- Hourly pay; posting lists $50.00 - $100.00 per hour, with top projects paying $100+ USD/hour for strong performers.
- Payment is processed via PayPal.

- Fully remote role. Work from anywhere in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
