Build and ship end-to-end AI-native product features as a Full Stack Developer, designing frontend and backend systems and integrating AI agent workflows. This founder-style role focuses on fast prototyping, product ownership, and using AI tools to accelerate development in a fast-growing startup.

Role
You will design, prototype, and deliver end-to-end product features across frontend and backend, integrating AI agents and copilots into product workflows. This is a founder-style builder role in a fast-paced startup where you translate vague ideas into working MVPs and iterate based on user feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and ship full-stack product features (frontend + backend).
- Build and orchestrate AI agents into product workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Translate vague product concepts into fast MVPs and iterate from real user feedback.
- Write clean, scalable code and participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Use AI-powered developer tools (Cursor, Copilot, v0.dev, etc.) to speed coding, testing, and debugging.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and AI teams.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer (or strong equivalent).
- Experience building and shipping production products.
- Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks (React or Next.js); familiarity with frameworks such as Vue.js is a plus.
- Backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Comfortable designing PostgreSQL schemas and scalable data models.
- Curious about or experienced with AI agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) and prompt engineering.
- Strong debugging instincts, problem-solving skills, product sense, and the ability to move quickly in a startup environment.
- Bonus: experience deploying to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or integrating OpenAI/Hugging Face.
