Role
We are hiring a Full Stack Developer specializing in AI scripting and coding to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and AI-driven features. The role covers both front-end and back-end development, cloud deployment, API development, database design, and production readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable web applications using languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, C#, Python, Ruby on Rails, and .NET.
- Design and optimize database systems (SQL, MySQL, SQL Server, NoSQL) and integrate databases into applications.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and support cross-platform integrations and microservices patterns.
- Perform bug fixes, code reviews, security auditing, and resolve AI-specific issues such as hallucinations.
- Implement payments and e-commerce integrations and ensure secure handling of transactions.
- Deploy and operate applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and work across Linux and Windows environments.
- Write scripts and algorithms for AI functionality using Python, VBA, C++, or similar languages.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and speed; prepare systems for production and real users.
- Maintain documentation of codebases, APIs, and system architecture; participate in continuous improvement.
- Provide occasional web/chat client support.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Proven proficiency with JavaScript, C#, Python, Ruby on Rails, Java, and C++ (as applicable).
- Strong knowledge of database management (SQL Server, MySQL, NoSQL) and database integration.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and deployment practices.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and API management.
- Experience using version control systems (GitHub, SVN, Git) and performing code reviews.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
- Front-end knowledge: HTML5, CSS3; familiarity with Angular, React, or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Experience developing AI scripts or algorithms and addressing AI-specific issues.
- Comfortable working in Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.

Compensation & Location
- Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
- Work location: Hybrid remote in Kirkland, QC H9H 3L1 (Canada).
