Role
Full Stack Developer (AI-First & Energy Systems) responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling the EV Fleet Command Center and Mission Planning modules. The role emphasizes using LLMs, agentic frameworks, and AI coding assistants to move from idea to production rapidly.
Key Responsibilities
- Use “Vibe Coding” principles and AI coding assistants (Cursor, Windsurf, etc.) to prototype and deploy features quickly.
- Design and maintain scalable full-stack applications using ReactJS and NodeJS.
- Implement and manage Firebase services (Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions) and integrate with OCPP-based EV management systems.
- Integrate agentic AI components for predictive maintenance and energy load balancing.
- Manage cloud and server infrastructure, DNS, SSL, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform architectural reviews of AI-generated code to ensure security, maintainability, and documentation quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Expert-level JavaScript knowledge and strong experience with ReactJS and NodeJS.
- Deep experience with Firebase and Google Cloud Platform.
- Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate development cycles (prompting, debugging, refining AI outputs).
- Familiarity with server administration (cPanel/GoDaddy) and automated cronjob management.
- Problem-solving, architecture review, and a delivery-oriented “builder” mindset.
Bonus (Preferred)
- Experience with OCPP or EV charging infrastructure.
