The Full Stack Developer will own and maintain TESO Group’s in-house systems (TESO Dock, TESO Dashboard, TESO Tools), ensure production stability and release quality, and build new features and AI-driven development workflows to accelerate delivery as the store network scales.

Role
The Full Stack Developer is responsible for maintaining and improving TESO Group’s in-house systems (TESO Dock, TESO Dashboard, TESO Tools), owning stability, release quality, and technical debt, and delivering new features per the product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and iterate production systems (replenishment/procurement/supplier portal, group ops platform, internal tools).
- Build documentation, monitoring, and on-call rotation to remove single-maintainer risk.
- Deliver roadmap items including product tax management, automated KPI dashboards, ticketing, HRIS modules, POS prototype contributions, and store pilot evaluation.
- Drive AI-assisted development: requirement breakdown, code generation, testing, refactoring using AI coding tools; build AI development workflows, prompt library, and standards (vibe coding).
- Follow engineering quality practices: coding standards, code reviews, CI/release process; ensure AI-generated code meets review and test gates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, gather adoption feedback, and fix defects post-launch.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above (computer science or software engineering preferred).
- 3+ years in full-stack development with experience inheriting and improving existing codebases.
- Mastery of the full SDLC (requirements, design, build, test, deploy, operate).
- Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and Python.
- Experience with Next.js/React and Node.js.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and REST APIs.
- Experience with cloud deployment (AWS).
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven development and AI coding assistants (examples listed: Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot); proficient in vibe-coding workflows.
- Strong accountability, ability to take over legacy code, fast business comprehension, and focus on controlling technical debt.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year.
- Quarterly performance-based bonus (eligibility and terms apply).
