Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Native Web, Automations & Integrations)

Role

Full-Stack Engineer responsible for building and launching websites, landing pages, AI-powered tools, automations, and system integrations. The role combines WordPress and custom-coded web development with AI-assisted and agentic development tools to turn ideas and AI-generated drafts into production-ready outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and launch landing pages, service pages, product pages, and other website assets quickly.
• Work across WordPress and custom-coded implementations depending on use case.
• Use AI coding and agentic development tools to accelerate delivery for websites, web apps, automations, and integrations.
• Turn rough requirements, drafts, and AI-generated code into usable, production-ready outputs.
• Build custom web features, forms, workflows, and lightweight applications where standard CMS tools are insufficient.
• Implement AI-powered applications and features, including chatbot and RAG-based use cases.
• Build and maintain integrations across systems such as Zoho, ClickUp, Gmail, WhatsApp, Microsoft tools, website forms, and funnel tools.
• Create automations and workflow logic to reduce manual work and improve execution speed.
• Deploy, test, troubleshoot, and maintain websites, applications, and integrations.
• Create reusable components, templates, and technical patterns to improve output speed.
• Document technical setup, deployment steps, and implementation logic for continuity.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on ability in full-stack web development.
• Good working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with modern frontend development (e.g., React, Next.js) and backend capability using Node.js or similar.
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, forms, and integrations.
• Ability to deploy and maintain live websites or web applications.
• Comfortable working across WordPress and more custom-coded implementations.
• Experience using AI-assisted and agentic coding tools (examples: Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Codex, Antigravity) and the ability to review, fix, refactor, and productionize AI-generated code.
• Strong problem-solving ability, ownership of execution, and ability to work under business/strategic direction in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred

• Experience with chatbot, RAG, or AI-powered application use cases.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs and AI workflow patterns.
• Familiarity with automation tools or orchestration platforms.
• Experience connecting business systems such as CRM, project management, inbox, communication, and document tools.
• Experience building SEO-aware and conversion-oriented pages.
• Experience building internal tools, dashboards, or simple admin interfaces.
• Experience working in remote teams.

Not a fit

• Primarily a WordPress page builder without stronger technical depth.
• Primarily a frontend/UI developer with weak backend or integration ability.
• Rely heavily on AI tools but cannot explain, debug, or clean up the output.
• Prefer only narrowly defined tickets or are uncomfortable with fast, iterative work.
• Seeking purely support/maintenance/helpdesk roles.

Success Metrics

• New pages and website assets go live quickly without bottlenecks.
• AI-assisted development produces production-ready output, not just prototypes.
• Integrations and automations reduce manual work across the business.
• RAG/chatbot and AI-powered features are usable and integrated into workflows.
• Faster launch and improvement of web assets and lightweight software tools.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: INR 600,000 to INR 900,000 per year.
• Benefits: paid sick time, paid time off, work from home.

Application & Experience

• Required experience: at least 2 years full-stack web development and production deployment.
• Required AI experience: 1 year building AI agents and 1 year using AI-assisted coding tools (specified in posting).
