Role
We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer (AI-Native) with 5+ years of experience to design and implement AI-native web applications and intelligent workflows. The role centers on building backend services, front-end interfaces, and integrations with LLM APIs to create autonomous AI agents, with a strong emphasis on HIPAA-compliant solutions for the US healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services using Python (FastAPI) and Node.js/TypeScript.
- Build and maintain front-end applications using React.js.
- Integrate and validate LLM APIs; develop and optimize prompts and AI-assisted development workflows (Vibe Coding).
- Architect and implement autonomous AI agents and intelligent workflows.
- Ensure healthcare applications meet HIPAA requirements and implement FHIR/HL7 and EHR integrations (Epic/Cerner).
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Containerize applications with Docker and set up basic CI/CD pipelines; deploy on AWS or GCP.
- Participate in Agile processes using Jira: story creation, sprint planning, task estimation, tracking, and bug triage.
- Deliver assigned tasks independently and take end-to-end ownership of project components.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong backend expertise in Python (FastAPI) and Node.js/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with React.js for front-end development.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Proven experience building HIPAA-compliant healthcare applications and working with FHIR/HL7, EHR concepts (Epic/Cerner), and medical terminologies (ICD-10, SNOMED, LOINC).
- Practical experience integrating LLM APIs, validating AI-generated code, and optimizing prompts; familiarity with Vibe Coding workflows.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deploying to AWS or GCP.
- Proficiency with Jira and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Strong English communication skills and demonstrated ownership of delivered work.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month.
