Role
Senior Full Stack .NET Engineering Lead responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure cloud applications using C#, .NET, React and AWS. The role emphasizes architecture leadership, AI-enabled development, mentoring, and cross-functional delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design complex software solutions using C#, React and AWS cloud services.
- Evangelize and embed AI-enabled development practices and tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor) across teams.
- Promote a design-first engineering culture through ideation, validation and iteration.
- Oversee delivery excellence, cross-functional collaboration and technical discussions with stakeholders.
- Implement AI/ML models and GenAI use cases into production systems; develop proofs-of-concept and prototypes.
- Coach technical leads on system architecture, Vibe Coding and innovation; conduct code reviews and provide mentorship.
- Implement cloud best practices for security, monitoring and performance optimization.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend technologies and methodologies to improve architecture and development processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 12–14 years of technical and delivery leadership experience.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Senior Architect or similar role focusing on C#, React and AWS.
- Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework; proficiency with Python and AI/ML frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, SQS, SNS, Lambda, S3, RDS, SQL, etc.).
- Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker) and SPA/micro front-end architectures.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Octopus, ADO).
- Experience using design thinking tools (Miro, Figma) and building prototypes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is a plus.
- Familiarity with serverless computing and event-driven architectures.
