Role

A hands-on Full Stack Product Manager (Product Builder) who operates at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and design to conceptualize, build, and scale AI-driven marketplace products and micro-app monetization solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch and growth.
  • Build and manage AI-driven marketplace solutions and monetization strategies for micro-app ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business goals into scalable, high-quality implementations and prototypes.
  • Apply design thinking to create intuitive, user-centric experiences and partner with designers on information architecture and conversation design.
  • Design pricing and conversion flows (usage‑based, credit, seat, hybrid); free trial to paid conversion and in-app purchase patterns for micro-interactions.
  • Build entitlement and metering systems (rate limits, quotas, per-feature gating) and integrate payment/billing systems.
  • Instrument products end-to-end with product analytics, event taxonomies, growth loops and cohort/activation analysis.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights and marketplace economics to inform product and revenue decisions.
  • Implement and optimize LLM-powered features including prompt/response orchestration, RAG patterns, embeddings/vector stores, evaluation harnesses, and latency/cost/safety trade-offs.

Requirements

  • Proven track record launching and scaling products in one or more marketplaces (examples listed: Azure/AWS marketplaces, Salesforce AppExchange, Slack/Teams app stores, Apple/Google stores).
  • Deep understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics (developer/supply and customer/demand), listing optimization, discovery, GMV and attach rate.
  • Experience with enterprise procurement and marketplace commercial motions: SaaS agreements, invoicing, metering and channel/partner strategies.
  • Hands-on experience designing pricing models and in-app purchase flows; experience with entitlement, metering and payment integrations.
  • Practical experience with LLM-powered features: prompt orchestration, RAG, embeddings/vector stores, evaluation harnesses, latency/cost optimization and safety/guardrails.
  • Familiarity with model providers and hosting, billing/entitlement APIs, webhooks, rate limiting and quota enforcement at scale.
  • Strong product sense and UX instincts; familiarity with marketplace SEO/ASO, conversion funnels, supply acquisition and activation metrics.
  • Understanding of data privacy, compliance, content moderation, abuse/fraud prevention and responsible AI policies.

Experience

  • 6–10+ years in product roles with 2–4+ years specifically in AI marketplaces and/or micro-app monetization (or equivalent demonstrable outcomes).
  • Portfolio or case studies detailing pricing tests, marketplace launches, and AI feature economics (cost/latency/quality trade-offs).

Compensation

  • Salary based on qualifications, experience and region up to USD 170,000 plus benefits.
