The Full Stack Software Developer will design, build, test, and maintain scalable applications, APIs, and backend services that support manufacturing workflows and an ERP ecosystem. The role emphasizes AI-assisted development workflows and turning AI-generated prototypes into stable, production-ready systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions (web applications, APIs, backend services).
- Build and maintain modern web applications and database integrations.
- Use AI tools to accelerate coding, refactoring, testing, and documentation.
- Prototype AI-driven features and intelligent workflow enhancements and productionize them with engineering discipline.
- Debug and resolve system issues; improve system performance, scalability, and development velocity.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, code reviews, and maintain clear technical documentation.
Requirements
Required
- Experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core.
- Experience building modern web applications using JavaScript, Angular, HTML/CSS.
- Strong SQL knowledge (queries, stored procedures).
- Familiarity with Entity Framework.
- Understanding of API development and system integration (REST).
- Strong problem-solving, organizational skills, and ability to take projects from concept to completion.
Strongly Preferred
- Regular use of AI coding tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.).
- Experience integrating AI APIs or automation services.
- Comfort working in AI-assisted or “vibe coding” workflows.
- Initiative adopting modern development tools and practices.
