Role
We are hiring a Full Stack Vibe Coder to design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern web technologies and AI-assisted development tools. The role requires transforming ideas into functional, maintainable code and collaborating with designers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
- Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Integrate databases and third-party APIs.
- Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, documentation, and testing.
- Review, validate, and improve AI-generated code to ensure best practices.
- Maintain code using Git and participate in code reviews.
- Stay updated with modern web technologies and AI development trends.
Requirements
- Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+); TypeScript preferred; React.js / Next.js; Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap; Responsive Web Design.
- Backend: Node.js, Express.js, RESTful API development.
- Databases: MongoDB; MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Development tools: Git & GitHub, Visual Studio Code, Postman; Docker preferred.
- Familiarity with AI development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Windsurf, Bolt.new, Lovable.
- Strong portfolio or projects demonstrating full-stack development skills; good understanding of software development principles, debugging, testing, and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and responsibly use AI tools without compromising code quality.
Location & Compensation
- Work location: On-site (In person) — S S Colony, Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
- Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month.

- Experience: 0–2 years (freshers with strong projects encouraged to apply).
- Candidates should be able to commute or be willing to relocate; employer-provided relocation package preferred.
